About Upper Crust Trattoria & Catering
Upper Crust Trattoria has been serving the Central Coast of California its fine Mediterranean Italian cuisine for over 14 years. We feature over 10 varieties of inspirational salads including our famous Raspberry Salad. Other well known dishes include tantalizing gourmet pizzas baked in our brick oven and innovative pastas like our Fettuccine Toscano. The seasonal fresh fish, as well as the veal, pork, chicken, and steak dishes are stand-alone creations. Chef Martin Gonzales has been making these items for over 14 years. Many of our desserts are Upper Crust's own creations, including Tiramisu, Crème Brule and Tres Leches.
The owners, Ron and Terez Tyni have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and have never wavered in their commitment to excellence in quality of ingredients or service. They moved to the Central Coast 18 years ago to bring to this area a unique dining experience that has become the premiere casual italian restaurant in the area.
The Tyni's have recently embarked on another venture with the same enthusiasm in deciding to dedicate their talents to the catering business. With Terez's creative culinary and artistic skills and Ron's ability to bring together his dedicated staff, they will exceed most everyone's expectations. |
